What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Nothing is stored about you when you browse it, and no account is created.

Information you send us

The enquiry forms — sample requests, quotes, trade catalogue and studio visits — do not submit to a server. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed composed into a message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that message yourself.

That means the information reaches us through WhatsApp, and typically includes:

• Your name, and your company or practice if you give one
• Contact details — phone, WhatsApp number, email
• Project details — location, materials, quantities, dates and any notes

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles that message under its own privacy terms, not ours. WhatsApp is currently our only enquiry channel; if you would rather not use it, call us on +92 300 081 7298.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to an order, to fulfil it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask to join the journal.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and reorder purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
